Katabarwa, BA MBA Dipl (PA), Dipl (PM)
David is a Principal Assistant
Secretary (PAS) at the Ministry of Health, Uganda, with vast experience in
planning, management, Logistics control and procurement and human resource management,
Change Management, Logistics Control, and government procurement processes. He
has worked as a PAS in the Uganda government's Ministries of East Africa
Community Affairs and Foreign Affairs. He is a result-driven person with Law,
Personal, and Public Management certificates. After graduating from Makerere
University, he worked for three years as a researcher for the Institute of Environment and Natural Resources
at Makerere University and a Social Impact
Assessment and Resettlement Officer (Cobalt Mining Company). Before then, was a
pastoral development officer with GTZ. David has a master's in Business
administration from ESAMI.
