is a practicing advocate of Courts of Judicature in Uganda with 24 years. She holds a Masters of Laws Degree from Utrecht University, Utrecht-The Netherlands; a Bachelors of Laws Degree from Makerere University, Kampala-Uganda and a Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre, Kampala – Uganda among other qualifications.

She founded AA Legal Consultants & Co. Advocates where she is the managing partner. Her Interdisciplinary and non-conventional approach of combining Law and Economics has enabled her get involved in the development of Agricultural projects, the resale of telecommunication businesses in Uganda, and other international businesses. Juliet is also a consultant on policy and regulatory aspects of human rights, peace, conflict, and security, with experience in DRC, Somalia, and Uganda. She was pivotal and spearheaded land rights advocacy in Uganda, East Africa and was instrumental under the CSO cluster in contributing to the development of the NEPAD framework, affordable housing, and urban settlement projects at the regional and international levels. She has served on boards of various women's legal and land-related organizations.
